This article discusses the technological instructions that apply to the process of manufacturing concentrate feed, the requirements for which are set by GOST 34152-2017 and which is intended for feeding horses. The composition and nutritional properties of the components included in the compound feed recipe have been studied. Considered and studied the requirements for all raw materials and nutrients that make up the compound feed. The technological process of compound feed production is considered and studied in detail: the rules of acceptance and intra-production transportation. The rules and conditions for the storage of raw materials and materials, as well as the procedure and preparation for use in the technological process are considered. The assortment of ingredients was determined based on the recipe.
