In the modern agro-industrial complex, the problem of the lack of specialists and highly qualified personnel of mass professions sounds especially acute. Negative tendencies in the system of staffing in the agro-industrial complex are associated with the formation of a personnel reserve, the lack of an effective youth policy of the state.
