The formation of the management system for economic formations needs updating due to the fact that the increase in the volume of analyzed information, the rate of its appearance and loss of significance, as well as digitalization in the economy and socio-economic life are outdated in our time. One of the most important tasks for the productive and successful management of economic formations is precisely to obtain reliable, complete and timely information about business processes. This article demonstrates that for accounting and information support of management and, in general, the entire structure of management of economic formations, it is necessary to significantly reform, a qualitative transition from management using automated software and technologies to self-learning systems for processing and interpreting information about accounting objects. The knowledge system, repository, semantic network and tools that make it possible to process new precedents are the structural elements of this control system. All this has an impact on reducing the influence of the human factor, increasing the effectiveness of making managerial decisions, as well as increasing the speed of information processing.
