The relevance of this topic devoted to the study of territorial planning essence for the rational use of mu-nicipal territories, is due to the fact that at present the problems of inappropriate use of land resources are particularly acute in modern Russian society. From year to year, the same picture is observed, cities and suburbs are constantly growing due to the development of new territories, as a result of which there is a shortage of land resources in some regions. Therefore, it is necessary to understand how important this is and that the process of land distribution needs to be approached professionally.
