This study aims to examine the effect of (1) transformational leadership and motivation on performance (2) transformational leadership on performance (3) motivation on performance. The subjects of this study were earthenware’s craftsman at Banyuning Village. While the object of this research is, transformational leadership, motivation and performance. The population used in this study was 35 earthenware’s craftsman at Banyuning Village. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques in this study were using a observation, document recording, questionnaire, then the data were analyzed using with multiple linear regression test. The results showed that (1) transformational leadership and motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance (2) transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on performance (3) motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance.
