The article deals with unemployment and migration as basic parameters of the economic development under conditions of integration. It substantiates the necessity of forming an advanced national labour market integrated into the global economic system and creating an effective tool of regulating international exchange of labour resources. Basic threats to information security of human resources under conditions of integration are determined. Strategic directions of ensuring Ukraine’s security in the global environment are determined.
