The work is dedicated to the issue of evaluation of economic efficiency and grounding of feasibility of technical and technological renovation of enterprises. The models to determine the time limit of updating technical and technological basis of industrial enterprises have been presented. The method of selecting the best technology to manufacture industrial products based on resource conservation has also been suggested.
