On the example of the loess soils of Northern Ciscaucasian there is shown the possibility of quantitative analysis of multi-level organization of microstructures in terms of their structural strength. The asynchronous transformation of the structural elements of different levels of the organization at the natural consolidationhasbeen established. There are conditions of soil moisture and static pressurein which microstructures are both similar and dissimilar degree of order at several levels of their organization, which corresponds to different states of self-packing of natural soils.
