About 3 miles east of the town of Blue River on Oregon Highway 126, turn left/north onto USFS road 15, drive about 4.5 miles (7.25 km) on road 15 and turn right/east onto USDA FS road 130, bear right at Y (about 0.5 mi.[0.8 km]) onto USDA FS road 132.
