Summary Wen, Jun & Reveal, J. L.: Typification of the Linnaean species of Aralia (Araliaceae). ‐ Taxon 41: 69–75. 1992. ‐ ISSN 0040‐0262. Lectotypes are designated for the four species of Aralia (Araliaceae) described by Linnaeus in 1753. The possible origins and fates of the original material is speculated upon with the suggestion that several of the critical specimens are seemingly missing or mistakenly labelled.
