Summary The genus Phragmographium Morris, is illegitimate and must be rejected because it is a later homonym of Phragmographum P. Henn. (Ascomycete). Morrisographium is proposed as a new name and the fungus must be named Morrisographium pilosum (Earle) Morelet.
