The article discusses the state of Russian economic and social sphere and stresses the obvious lagging in comparison with leading countries. For this reason there is a great necessity for changes in Russian economic policy so the article proposes measures based on the rich experience of leading countries and emphasizes the best experiences and results of domestic economic and social development
