The poem Dervis by Stijepo Djurdjevic, the first humorous poem in Ragusan literature, contains many foreign words, which meaning one should know in order to understand the poem. A manuscript of Muzafer Sulejmanovic Strane rijeci u spevu Stijepa Djordjica, which is preserved in the National Library of Serbia (Legacy of Petar Kolendic - PKLR 2/118), contains a list of all foreign words from the poem, together with their interpretation and origin. The paper analyzes a content of the manuscript.
