This is a case report of maternal and fetal death due to major hemorrhage of a patients with placenta previa/accreta in a concealed pregnancy. Bleeding is the leading cause of maternal mortality in obstetrics. Postpartum hemorrhage is the most important cause of maternal death. Placenta accreta is a severe complication involving an abnormal attachment to the uterine wall so that it cannot be easily separated from the uterus.
