The possibility of tourist values exploitation of Zlatibor and Zlatar is directly and indirectly dependent on natural conditions. The aim of this work is to recognize general natural conditions and specifities the values of which enable planning of rational and sustainable tourist exploitation. The first part of the paper is aimed to the analysis of natural and geographic characteristics as ecotourism resources. The second part deals with analysis of weather types which determine the parameters of health tourism and ecotourism of Zlatibor and Zlatar. Planning of seasonal distribution of different tourism types, especially health tourism, resulted from this analysis
