Environmental problems, and human attempts to manage them, can be conceptualized as evolutionary complex systems. Environmental management problems are very complex and require considering numerous factors, such as environmental, economic and social aspects. The application of concept of integrated environmental management as an analytical framework and general methodology to support environmental problems governance is discussed in this paper
