The paper presents the analyses of the condition and dynamics of earth's ozone layer on the base of the latest satellite measurements and estimated results of the pollutants emissions. On the basis of those results it presented an attempt of explanation of the ozone layer dynamics by prospective causality. Furthermore, paper work contents analyses of activities and measures that are provided by international document known as Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer
