The application of B?zier type operators is very extensive and has attracted people?s attention. In the year 2017, Ren established a generalized Bernstein-B?zier type operators acting on C[0,1]. Inspired by this, in this paper, a generalized Sz?sz-B?zier type operators, with Gamma function defined on the positive semi-axis, is extended. Then, the equivalent theorem and the Voronovskaja type asymptotic formulas are also obtained.
