DAMPAK PROGRAM PEMBAHARUAN AGRARIA NASIONAL (PPAN) TERHADAP KEADAAN SOSIAL EKONOMI DAN EKOLOGI MASYARAKAT LOKAL

The objectives of this research are: (1) to compare the social-economic cond i tion o f communities before and a f ter the National A g rar i an Reform Program (PPAN); (2) t o know t h e alteration of l and placement (3) to explore the differences of perception from local communities about P P AN. This research was using qua l itative and quanti t ative method. The quali t ative method was supported by i n -depth interview for collecting data. In the other hand, quessionaire used to be a research ins t rument to suppo r t quanti t ative method. There were 60 respondents who got PPAN program in this research whi c h selec t ed by purposive sampling technique.
