This work will expose the strength of prevention as an indissoluble part of the integral automation for real estate. Through a basic analysis we will propose a domotic system for sustainable projects with emphasis on artificial intelligence, the use of gardens, the control of polluting gases and pandemics. We will establish the need, in the new post-Covid modernity, of the paradigm shift
