This paper focuses on obtaining the modal parameters of two shafts in operation. The research has been planned using a shaft with composite materials, carbon fibers in an epoxy matrix and an axis manufactured with structural steel A36. The objective is to assess and validate the implementation of a technique of Operational Modal Analysis (OMA) in axes of different materials, and at the same time, compare the dynamic answer of the elements involved in the research.
