A POLÍTICA EXTERNA RUSSA DO INÍCIO DO SÉCULO XXI: TENDENCIAS E PERSPECTIVAS

Resumo:A Federação Russa testemunhou, no alvorecer do século XXI, inovacoes nas diretrizes e valores norteadores de sua politica externa, refletindo a ascensao de novos grupos na elite politica do pais e a consequente reconfiguracao no plano politico domestico. No presente artigo buscamos elucidar e analisar as tendencias da atual politica externa russa, bem como exemplificar como elas foram postas em pratica nas relaçoes exteriores e como influenciaram a busca de resolucao de temas criticos na agenda russa.Abstract:The Russian Federation has witnessed at the dawn of the 21st century innovations in its foreign policy guidelines and values, reflecting the rise of a new group in the country's political elite and the resulting reconfiguration in the domestic political sphere. In this article we seek to elucidate and analyze the trends of current russian foreign policy, as well as exemplify how they were put into practice in the foreign relations and how they influenced the search for the resolution of sensible issues on the russian agenda.
