Since the formula of determining the sinking fund I = Si/(1+i)n -1 has been remained in existence hitherto, but a new formula for the same has been evolved and driven by the author of this technical paper which is completely accurate and precise. The paper is dealing with new formulaImkv = Si/(1+i)n+1- (1+i) with its pros to real estate deciders.
