Haldi is a precious medicinal boon of nature. Due to its excellent properties it has been not only used as spice but also used as medicine. It is also considered as auspicious and is a important part of Indian religious rituals. Some further evaluation needs to be carried out on turmeric in order to explore the concealed areas and their practical clinical applications which can use for the welfare of mankind.
