Public catering is a brunch of economy affecting various spheres not only in Russia in general, but also separately in regions, particularly in Krasnodar region. The industry of public catering promotes the solution of many tasks, concerning social society, the state and regional economy. There is significant growth in development of the industry is over the last 10 years. However, despite it, there are several problematic issues which are obligatory to the decision.
