“Who are the professionals who act as the Support Agent for Inclusion in Brazil?" This issue has fostered a search based on a Systematic Review of the Literature available at ‘periodicos CAPES’ database. We searched articles published in English, through the last 12 months, using a questionnaire of closed questions about a personal profile, a professional one, about these subjects. Data was collected and analyzed using the Google Forms and Excel. The results pointed to the investment in the formation of these professionals with an active learning approach, in view of the challenges faced in this area, in which they have expertise, combining traditional and innovative technologies to support the diversity.
