 O objetivo deste trabalho é caracterizar o sujeito do fracasso escolar,apontando como esse sujeito é incluído nos processos educacionais a partir daspolíticas públicas de Educação Inclusiva e, paradoxalmente, excluído sob acondição de fracassado escolar. Conclui-se que a escola vem desconsiderando aidentidade sociocultural de seus alunos, o que gera um custo negativo para osprocessos educacionais e contribui para a disseminação da cultura do fracassoescolar.Palavras-chave: Fracasso escolar; Educação Inclusiva; Exclusão Social.AbstractThe purpose of this paper is the subject of school failure, pointing out how thissubject is included in the educational process from public policy of InclusiveEducation and paradoxically excluded under the condition of school failure. Weconclude that the school is ignoring the social and cultural identity of theirstudents, which creates a negative cost to the educational process andcontributes to the dissemination of the culture of school failure.Keywords: School failure; Inclusive Education; Social Exclusion.
