Within the framework of this article, the issue of management is considered, concerning the identification of types of organizational culture, which are based on the value orientations of the organization that regulate organizational rules, traditions and norms of behavior of personnel. Two levels of organizational culture are differentiated on the basis of the dichotomy "general – particular": the culture of the organization as a kind of general systemic whole, "superquality", consolidating the particular – the individual culture of the staff. The article analyzes well-known Western typologies of "organizational ideologies" (C. Handy), the framework of competing values (K. Cameron, R. Quinn), as well as the AGIL typology (T. Parsons). It is concluded that the value-content aspects of organizational culture are the priority object of management.
