The article is devoted to the consideration of topical issues of transparency and openness of the Russian Federation authorities' activity; the analysis of normative-legal dimension of the context of regulation of authorities' openness sphere has been carried out; the peculiarities of comprehension of the power transparency phenomenon as a mechanism for parrying challenges explicated by the double standards expansion in practice of the social and political processes' usage "zones" have been studied.
