Subject. Introduction of a unified information system for personnel management of the State civil service of the Russian Federation. Topic. Analysis of information and methodological support for assessing the effectiveness of civil servants in the subjects of the Russian Federation. Goals. Development of recommendations based on the analysis of information and methodological support for assessing the effectiveness of civil servants in the subjects of the Russian Federation. Methodology. The research uses the methods of logical and comparative analysis of the practice of introducing elements of the digital economy in the management of the personnel of the state civil service of the Russian Federation. Results. Based on the analysis of the current situation in the field of information and methodological support for assessing the effectiveness of civil servants in the subjects of the Russian Federation, problems are identified, proposals are formulated and reasoned in the form of changes to the existing information system. Scope of application. The sphere of personnel management of the State Civil Service of the Russian Federation. Conclusions. The introduction of information technologies in the civil service in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the automation of the assessment of the effectiveness of personnel is a rather labor-intensive process that requires the use of modern methods and tools to improve the efficiency of public administration in general.
