Labor relations between teachers and administration of general educational institutions of public education in conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic are studied. The analysis of labor legislation norms, devoted to the organization of teachers’ distance work, is carried out. The legal issues of the regime of work and rest, the amount of wages, the procedure of providing the employee with the necessary technical means, the amount of compensation to teachers for the use of personal property, etc. are considered.
