Supporting the environmental protection balance of territories along large Siberian rivers as a systematic aspect, involving the consideration of the research object as a component of the general urban planning structure, first of all, has the need to identify suitable territories in order to place point objects in the territory with a complex relief and choose the most cost-effective and effective reconstruction and revitalization methodology. A study of methods of using territories in local conditions has been carried out.
