The overall objective of this paper is to refine the drivetrain system design, selection of suitable materials and analysis techniques for FSAE vehicles. The main objective of this work is to optimize the hub and Upright for 10-inch rim, in terms of reducing the overall weight of the system, additional accessories for variable camber and appropriate selection of bearings. To achieve this, the safety deformation factor, the fatigue resistance of the system and the fit of the entire wheel set were taken into account. Software used in design and validation are Solidworks, Ansys Keywords: FSAE, Wheel Hub, Upright, Shims, Brackets
