ESTE TRABAJO PRESENTA LOS ELEMENTOS TÉCNICOS Y CONCEPTUALES QUE SE TOMAN EN CUENTA, PARA LA CONFORMACIÓN DE UNA RED DE INVESTIGADORES DEL ÁREA DE LAS CIENCIAS SOCIALES Y LA CULTURA. COMO PRIMER PROPUESTA, SE CONSIDERAN AQUELLAS INVESTIGACIONES QUE REQUIEREN EL USO DE HERRAMIENTAS DE COMPUTO PARA SU DESARROLLO Y PRESENTACIÓN, POR LO QUE LOS PUNTOS CENTRALES DE LA RED SON EL USO DEL COMPUTO COMO HERRAMIENTA VITAL, EL MANEJO DE LA INFORMACIÓN Y EL USO DE OTROS RECURSOS QUE PROPICIEN EL DESARROLLO AUTÓNOMO DE LAS INVESTIGACIONES.
