Currently Shanghai Songjiang District has achieved initial success in nurturing and developing the relevant social organizations around the overall objective to accelerate the development of cultural industry. But there still exist many problems, for example, organizations are immature, function is not significant, the management system is not perfect and so on. Analyzing the basic characteristics and key points of the development of Shanghai Songjiang District’s social organizations for cultural and creative industries, we should put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, which will help to promote the construction of modern social organization system and the urban cultural soft power.
