Role conflict is one of the most important causes of job stress and reduced attachment and job satisfaction. Role conflict occurs when it is impossible or completely impossible to comply with one set of job requirements by accepting another set of job requirements. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of stress and role conflict on entrepreneurial performance among digital businesses. The research method in this article is descriptive-analytical and survey surveys between the statistical community (employees and managers and activists of digital businesses) and data analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that job stress and role conflict have a significant inverse effect on entrepreneurial performance, and there is a significant relationship between job stress and role conflict.
