Many diseases nowadays require drugs and antibiotics to cure them. However, patients are sometimes not disciplined to take drugs and antibiotics. Lack of knowledge about the effects of drugs and antibiotic resistance can lead to a decline in the quality of public health. Every user must have knowledge about drugs and antibiotics so that everyone can choose and identify drugs, and in particular can be discipline and taking antibiotics. This activity was carried out at Junior High School 11 Jayapura in August 2019 which teach the students about drugs and antibiotics and then identified them by qualitatively. The method used in this service is to use an instrument in the form of a pre-test, education, and post-test questionnaire. The questionnaire were validated and tested reliability with a total sample of 30 people using SPSS program. The pre-test and post-test score data obtained in this community service activity are then processed and analysed. The pre and post score sample were sumed by the percentage of the number and entered into the objective criteria. The scoring includes: 81–100% in the very good category, 61–80% in the good, 41–60% in the fairly good, 21–40% in poor, and <20% for the poor. The results of the activity indicated that this activity had a benefit for students' knowledge about drugs and antibiotics after participating in the activity and at the end of the activity it was in the very good category. Furthermore, 95.7% of students get advantages from this and 67.5% were committed to helping others in disseminating important information that they got during this activity.
