There is no study yet that identifies the problems of medicine procurement at LLMIC countries so that it becomes the objective of this narrative review. PUBMED, Science Direct, Google Schoolar, PLOS from May 14th, 2021 to May 22nd, 2021 were used. The problems of procurement were found since the processes of selection, planning, and procurement. Factors of human resources, organization, management information system, and parties excluding health facilites (government, distributor, and pharmacy industry) also contribute to hinder the medicine procurement.
