The terahertz time domain spectroscopy was used to study the terahertz electromagnetic response in the spectral range 0.2–2.9 THz of composite films based on organometallic perovskite CH3NH3PbI3 and graphene oxide (GO) particles with a GO content of ~ 0, 2, 6, 15 wt%. A significant increase in the terahertz absorption coefficient and the real part of the high-frequency conductivity of the CH3NH3PbI3:GO composite was found with an increase in the content of GO particles in the composite. However, the contribution to the absorption and high-frequency conductivity of vibrational modes in the perovskite molecule at 0.96 and 1.92 THz significantly decreases with an increase in the GO concentration.Authors:A.V.
