The results of investigation of electromagnetic wave radiation by shock changing ifmagnetization subjected by action of powerful light pulse having femto-second duration arepresented. As a mechanism of radiation is presented the model of rapid approaching motion oftwo different signs magnetic charges. It is found the dependencies of magnetization from thetime in connection with duration of pulse. It is found the amplitude-frequency characteristics ofradiated waves spectrum. It is found the space-diagram directions of radiation.
