The spectrum of non-covalent interactions active in the infrared region for the membrane of the eggshell was studied. The energies of these interactions are estimated. We compare results with the data previously obtained for various samples of the human aortic valve and conclude on prospects of usage of the subshell egg membrane as a substitution for the basal layer of the aortic valve for in vitro experiments.
