The strain rates and the characteristics of its jumps in the initial period of a constant magnetic field exposure and immediately after the end of its action are determined. It is shown that in these regions, after a sharp change in speed, a short section of the strain rate returning occurs, which is characterized by an increase in the speed dispersion caused by its jumps and by the expansion of the range of nanometer jumps sizes.
