A novel multi-parameter pulsed eddy current technique has been developed. This solution allows separate quantitative determination of more than seven parameters of multilayer structures, containing magnetic components. Describes the applicability of this technique for non-destructive testing of low-conductive magnetic coatings and laminated composite materials, used in the aerospace industry.
