A method to measure the dynamics of the internal temperature of biological tissues and the thickness of the denatured layer during laser thermolysis is presented. The method is based on intensity measurements of three luminescence bands of upconversion NaYF4: Yb, Er nanoparticles in the green and red parts of the visible spectrum. Ovalbumine is used as a model biological tissue. The general patterns of denaturation of ovalbumine is also studied by the method of plasmon resonance photothermotherapy.
