The paper overviews publications related to NDIR and photoacoustic sensors and NDIR gas analyzers based on A3B5 mid-IR LEDs (3-5 μm) published between 2016 and 2018 years. Capabilities of the above sensors designed for methane, CO and CO2 detection are also considered.
