The results of a numerical study of isothermal axisymmetric flows of a viscous incompressible fluid in rotating spherical layers in the presence of random small-amplitude oscillations in the rotation velocity of the inner sphere relative to a constant in time average value are presented. Two cases are considered: rotation of the inner sphere only and rotation of spheres with equal angular velocities. It was shown that in these two cases flows response to the introduction of perturbations is different. A comparison with the experiment was made, which confirms the possibility, obtained during calculations, of average velocity increase in certain areas of the flow with an increase in the fluctuations amplitude.
