The effect of a number of polymer materials of domestic and foreign manufacturers on the polymerase chain reaction has been verified. It was found that in the microchip from polymethylmethacrylate there was no adsorption of the components of the reaction mixture at room temperature, however, during the polymerase reaction in the microchip, the reaction efficiency decreases at low DNA concentrations.
