The recently proposed concept of the effective potential for stroboscopic samples of the coordinates and velocities of ion motion a radio frequency quadrupole field, is considered. The exact formulas are obtained which are valid for the stroboscopic model of ion motion at any point of the stability zone. The analysis of the formulas obtained leads to the adjustment of some provisions of the initial concept of the effective potential of stroboscopic samples, developed for the neighborhood of the top of the zone of stability.
