Undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma (UPS), previously called as malignant fibrous histiocytoma, is a mesenchymal neoplasm which shows no identifiable cellular differentiation when analyzed by presently available technology. UPS in the periocular region is extremely rare. This study describes a patient with UPS arising in the conjunctiva with literature review.
