Recently, it was reported that the use of androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) is significantly associated with an increased risk of acute kidney injury (AKI) in patients with newly diagnosed non-metastatic prostate cancer. This study aimed to investigate the incidence of early renal dysfunction in Japanese prostate cancer patients receiving ADT and the factors associated with it.
